How Oversight Works

• Lawyers hired by Ella AI monitor live chats or review them post-generation.
• If an AI response is incorrect or borderline advisory, the lawyer may flag it with an “Objection.”
• They can then edit the response, escalate to a lawyer consultation, or pause the chat for offline follow-up.

We pay oversight lawyers a flat hourly rate or fixed project fee, depending on volume and assignment.

What Objection Means

“Objection” is our intervention protocol. When used, Ella AI pauses the conversation and displays a message like:

“A lawyer just stepped in to review this. Hold tight—we’ll give you a more accurate explanation or help connect you with someone who can.”

This is our core method of ensuring real-time human oversight.

Joining the Marketplace (Coming Soon)

We will soon allow licensed lawyers to join our referral and fixed-fee marketplace.

• We don’t take a cut of legal fees.
• We charge a platform access fee to match users with lawyers.
• All referrals come after the user has expressed interest.
